What is Transbank Webpay?

Transbank Webpay is a global payment processor offering secure and innovative payment solutions, perfect for the needs of each business. These include products for face-to-face sales, e-commerce and card payment solutions.

What does this integration include?

This feature adds integration with Transbank Webpay for processing Refunds against Credit Card and Redcompra payment tenders. The Webpay custom integration is comprised of the following capabilities:

• Webpay Plus Refunds: Full and Partial Refunds against captured Webpay Plus Credit Card and Redcompra transactions

Webpay Plus – Refunds

As part of this feature, Manhattan Active Omni integrates with Transbank Webpay to send Refund Transactions via the Webpay Plus APl to Void a payment. Manhattan Active Omni sends data to Webpay Payment Component that is required to generate a request when a refund is created against a captured Webpay Plus Credit Card or Redcompra payment transaction. Webpay returns either a successful or error response code. A “0” response_code triggers the creation of a Closed Refund Transaction in Manhattan Active Omni. If an Error response is returned, the Refund is created and marked as Failure or UnAvailable depending on the Response Error Code details.

Webpay Plus – Get Transaction Status

In scenarios where a timeout occurs when executing a Refund payment transaction with Transbank, a lookup mechanism is required during retry to check if the transaction was processed. This feature supports an API call with Webpay Plus to check the transaction status of the Settlement associated to refund before a new transaction is executed. If the refund transaction that timed out was processed by Webpay Plus, this API returns the response details to save the transaction in Manhattan Active Omni.
